This happened to a few users and we are taking some measures to change this process. To summarise it, the system works as designed and it's a little bit confusing to users. Check below on how the password reset process takes place.
IMPORTANT!: Before you start this, visit the Artellite site in your browser and if you see a LOG OUT link please click it.
The first step is to request an account reset by visiting this link: https://artellite.co.uk/user/password
You probably did this already but let's do it again, just in case. Just type in your email address and the system will send you an email.
The email you receive will direct you to a page that looks like this (make sure the email opens the same browser you just logged out from):
Once you click on the Log In button you should see a page like this:
At this stage you will need to type your new password twice in the Password and Confirm password boxes. Click the button from the bottom of the page to save it.
You should now be able to control your account with the new password you just configured.
